jOvIAl???

looong week...always so many things to do, made known to us only at the eleventh hour...
rush to wait, wait to rush. familiar?
hmm...been showing attitude to the other more senior ppl in my fu for the past few days. at least that's wad they claim la...haha.
cant help it. so frustrated. so very frustrated.
i try to control my emotions, but sometimes its just too much...and that's where relations grow tense.
though so far, its still within 'manageable' levels...i guess. (well since nothing happened to me yet =P)

my peers are also feeling the same way as me. going to ord alrdy, yet still so much shit work to do...which keeps piling up, like its never ending. haha. together, we're a force to be reckoned with. lol. i think u can guess. lots of complains and grumbles before we do anything...but hey, at least we're still doing our work.

have had nothing to do for the past few weekends alrdy. bored~!

thOUghts

i've been thinking about some stuff.
i feel that im not making the most of my time...
spending time in front of my computer...i feel that, dare i say it, its a waste of time...
gosh...
i've been saying i need to take control of my life. saying. but not doing.
been doing some serious thinking a few nights back.
things'll start to change.
especially now that i have more time on my hands.
what with the clearing of leave...
what i want, i wont get by sitting around staring at the screen(hmm...did i say this before?)

bbq

on 010807 bbq...

before going, i was thinking to myself that this will be just another bbq, just another event where i had to go just to show face and leave, just another...facade.
on the contrary, fortunately, i was wrong. so wrong!

things started off as per any other bbq would. the setting up of the pits. but hey, u know me, im never on time...haha. so by the time i reached there, things were already under way, and i conveniently slid in and mingled with them...



though i think someone was stalking me wherever i walked...



nvm. after shaking off that uneasy feeling, i wanted to eat when i realised all the food i had cooked and left on the table was gone...lol...so had to go and take some precooked catered food...didnt really have appetite, but forced myself to eat something anyway...and this group of girls (nellwyn, wen xuan and others whom, up til now, i cant match the names to the faces) was so kind to invite me into their group to entertain me (or me entertain them -.-'). den i was like eating and talking, and i was spilling food on the ground...zzz. eh, not from my mouth la...lol. haven eaten finish, got ppl wanna take photo...



see? still got food in my mouth...haha...after that can u believe it...? i actually played the concentration game with them! O.o the last time i played was like dunno how many years ago la. lol. tried as they might to get me to forfeit, the poor souls didn stand a chance! ahaha.



that's the group of us. i think i was dreaming or something...zzz.



anyway went to play some other games. most of them went to play dunno wad eagle and hen game. cant really remember how the game goes...the rest of us went to play basketball, that is, until the owners of the ball so 'politely' (with many apostrophes) wanted their ball back...zzz. cant play liao lor. den joined another group for...catching. yes. catching.

dun be surprised. most of you might think this is a primary sch game or something. but we just hecked it and let loose. suay suay i kena catcher. i think you can imagine the rest la. running, running, and more running. but funny ah. got some ppl, when i chase after them they will auto stop wan, on the spot. den blame me say i corner them...lol. (esp nellwyn)

but fun la. i think it lasted about 30 mins to 45 mins. crazy man. run like mad person liddat...haha. but as i said, we let loose. din really care abt image or anything...=P

after exhausting ourselves...we took more pictures. you know how they get. lotsa pictures! pictures speak a thousand words.



got a lot of others, but either i dun have them or i look very weird, so i dun wanna post it...haha!

well all are said and done, we went to watch a slideshow of the NDP process all over again. hmm...brings back some memories...but the picture they used of us marshals was one where my eyes were closed. looked so dumb! -.-'''

cheers followed...and that was the end.
we had to say goodbye to each other.
so that ends the, imo, fruitful day at the gb hq.
i guess i'll miss the lot of them...but all good (?) things come to an end.

Many things have happened this past week.
Not many things have gone according to plan...
Hai.
I should say, almost nothing have gone right!
I have to reschedule some of my plans for the upcoming month thanks to some dumb squadron commitments...wth. Its always like this in my unit.
Super sick of it.
Lucky I wont be sticking around much longer.
I guess that's the only consolation...
Anyway, tomorrow is the 1st of september!
Another new month...another step closer to freedom...among other things...

To James, 13 more days... =D
