Okok, my mistake, its not 3 weeks confinement, that's only for OCS...

So now can still book out every weekend. =)

Surprisingly, the 1st week gone by quite easily. The instructors have not gotten down to being v strict with us yet, probably cos its only the first week...haha. If they carry on liddat, den BSLC would seem less xiong den BMT...=P

Its evident that the instructors gave us a lot of chances during this first week...we would have kena punished like mad if it had been the middle of BMT or something liddat...

However, they have started confining and giving extras to ppl. I am potentially one of them...cos I feel aslp during one of the lects...lol. Unlike others who were caught, they didnt record my name down. Hopefully this means I wont have to stay back during one of the weekends because of this...

I cant help it la. Everyday not enough slp. The at least 7 hrs of slp bs is not even adhered to la. Ok, maybe it is to a slight extent. The duration from lights out to reveille is exactly 7 hrs...but think abt it. By the time they let us off at night, we have only abt 15-25 mins left. We all gotta bathe, wash up etc...and not everyone can fall aslp the moment their head touches the pillow... Then when we wake up, also cannot wake up exactly at the reveille timing ma...need to wake up earlier to prepare so that can fall in in time...

Hai.

I think that's the single most suffering thing for me...lack of slp. I cant handle it in the long term...

Hmm...today taking MRT on my way to beach road, there's this 1 kid who got stuck in between the doors of the MRT at City Hall interchange...scary. Luckily he didnt get squashed...or I'll be psychologically scarred for life!

From wad Im hearing, those in unit are suffering significantly more than me so far (Meng, Vic etc). Hope it gets better for u guys soon.

Well, now Im abt to go back to BOON LAY interchange to book in...sian.

Bloody hell, so dam far.

*sigh*

Feeling both excited and scared of entering SISPEC actually...

I'll be gone for 3 weeks.

THREE! Argh...

Oh well...it'll all be worth it in the end.

See everyone in 3 weeks' time!

Hope everyone survives (yes, survive) in their new vocations! Esp those in armour and guards (you know who you are)...haha...=P

For those who are gonna enlist, good luck too.

Back to facing #$^@#%^ soldiers/instructors again and taking shit from them again.

*sigh*

1,2,3.

First of all, I hope I get into the course I applied for.

Second, I hope to get through training at SISPEC alive. (Suffer now, make others suffer later!! >=])

Finally, everyone around me to stay happy.

Lets elaborate on the final point, shall we?

Apparently, some ppl are unhappy with some other ppl *hint hint*. I do not know what in the world happened between these ppl that made them that way...and I dont really care. Ignorance is bliss. These ppl got along so much better in JC, or at least that's what I think.

Since I dunno wad happened, I shall leave it as it is.

I've realized something interesting today. Ppl love to argue for the sake or arguing. Lol. Take today for example. I was out with Dot and Meng, and they started arguing about our ORD date, whether it was 1 yr 9 months or 1 yr 10 months from now or something liddat. Right. As though the date would change depending on who won the debate...Zzz. No offence! Haha...

So ya, quite interesting.

In case you din catch it, I got posted to SISPEC, for training to be a section commander. 5 mths of training. I was quite disappointed at first, but now come to think abt it, its quite a good posting, IMO. More $$$ in the future...haha.

Did I ever mention we saw sort of a rainbow during one of the days in BMT? It was sort of a circular mushroom like mess of colours, like a rainbow, though I dun think that was what it was. Very beautiful sight. Furthermore it was in the evening. It gave me at least a moment where I seemed to forget that I was confined in P.Tekong and was as free as a bird. Of course, that lasted only a while =( haha...Very memorable sight.

So, 2 more days as a civilian before going back to the rigid and monotonous military lifestyle. Whee.

V happy at the instant I got back my results cos I expected to get worse results by like 7 grades...really.

Though as the day passed the euphoria died down as I realized a majority of ppl were doing equally if not better...

Finished my 24km route march yesterday, at 00 40! We started the day before that at 15 50. Haha...so happy. After that could hardly walk with all the abrasions and blisters! Oh man...we were all like doing the crab walk! Dam hilarious sight...

2 days to passing out. No more being the lowest lowlifes in army. No more bald heads. =)
